Any woman aged 18 years and above can participate. Whether you're an athlete, gym member, runner, or simply looking for a new challenge, SheRox is open to all fitness levels.
Do I need to be a professional athlete?
Not at all. SheRox is designed for women who want to challenge themselves and discover their potential, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.
What are the participation categories?
You can participate in:
- Team Category (6 women per team)
- Individual Category
- Corporate Edition
How much does registration cost?
- Team Category: ₹3,000 per team
- Individual Category: ₹4,000 per participant
What does my registration include?
Your registration includes race entry, access to the training ecosystem, participant communication, race-day support, finisher recognition, and event experiences.
How does the qualification process work?
Participants compete in their city's Regional Qualifier.
The top performers qualify for the SheRox Grand Finale in Pune on 24 October 2026.

When does training begin?

Can I change my category after registering?
Please refer to the official registration policy or contact the SheRox team for category-related requests.
What should I bring on race day?
A detailed participant guide will be shared before the event. Comfortable athletic wear, training shoes, hydration, and a competitive spirit are highly recommended.
Can I cancel my registration?
No. All registrations are final and cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive a refund if I cannot participate?
No. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Can I switch from the Individual Category to the Team Category?
Yes. Participants can move from the Individual Category to the Team Category before the Regional Qualifiers, subject to slot availability.
Can I switch from the Team Category to the Individual Category?
Yes. Participants can move from the Team Category to the Individual Category before the Regional Qualifiers by paying the applicable Individual Category registration fee of ₹4,000.
Can I replace a team member after registration?
Yes. Team member substitutions are allowed until the start of the Regional Qualifiers.
Can I change my team after qualifying for the Grand Finale?
No. Once the Regional Qualifiers begin, no team member changes or substitutions will be permitted.
What if a team member is unable to participate?
The team must arrange a replacement before the Regional Qualifiers begin. After that, no substitutions will be allowed.
Are there any hidden charges after registration?
No. The registration fee covers participation in the event. Any optional travel, accommodation, or personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
