Training the scientific way helps achieve unscaled performance from the body, to truly tap ourselves at the full potential and to improve to be the best athletes we can be.
We have invested in an App (any smart-phone). The entire training plan will be given through the app and the app will also record your ride/run/swim analytics. Once you finish your ride/run/swim and upload it the trainer immediately gets all the details and he can analyze it. This analysis will help us in customizing a training plan as per your athletic needs.
