Terms for Refunds
In case of transaction made to purchase memberships through Fitternity, no refund will be provided unless Fitternity or its affiliate gym / studio / trainer is unable to fulfil the service enrolled for
In case of transaction made to purchase a trial/workout Session through Fitternity, a customer is not entitled to a refund if he/she has failed to attend the session
In case of Cancellation of Trial/ workout session by the customers, No refunds will be provided
Cases of Refund :
If Fitternity or its affiliate service partner cancels the membership purchased
If Fitternity or its affiliate service partner cancels the trial/ workout session
In case the transaction involves usage of FitCash or FitCash+ the refund amount will be the additional amount paid by the customer
All refund amounts shall be credited in the customer’s bank account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card
If the membership offer is only for new customers of the gym / studio and an existing member purchases the membership - the membership will not be valid and Fitternity will refund the amount after deducting 5% of the transaction value
If the membership offer is only for females / college student / senior citizens and is purchased by a user who is not eligible - the membership will not be valid and Fitternity will refund the amount after deducting 5% of the transaction value
Fitternity's decision on refunds shall be at their sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Fitternity reserves the right to modify the terms for refunds at any given time without prior notice to any customers
