Our senior trainers are more experienced and well certified for being your personal trainers. Connecting with your senior trainer, will make you feel comfortable enough to expose your biggest flaws. But they're called "Senior" trainers for a reason, they're here to guide you to your personal fitness goals, and to do so, they come with the requisite experience and certifications. We at MultiFit assure you that working with a SENIOR Trainer can bring dramatic changes to your lifestyle and to your overall well-being

Advanced Trainers:
Our Advanced Trainers are focused on helping you achieve your goals and get results. Your sessions will be fun, motivating and we guarantee you that you will leave with a sense of achievement. If you want results for life - fat loss/muscle gain/training for any specific events, our advanced trainers at MultiFit will give you the tools to enable you to achieve the transformation you desire. They use a combination of training methods, including functional training, HIIT, resistance and suspension training. Advanced trainers use mobility, stabilization and flexibility work to enable your body to move safely and productively throughout your progressive program.

Alpha Trainer:
The most Exclusive, trained, experienced and master of all techniques is our Alpha Trainer. At MultiFit, we only have one exclusive Alpha who stands apart from all the other trainers.
