It's been 3 weeks now, and I can already feel a positive change in my routine. Apart from feeling energetic all day after spending one hour in MultiFit, I am feeling lighter (physically & mentally). Believe me, this is not what you feel after regular gymming. MultiFit is unique, and I love the ambience and crowd. I was transferred from Multifit Pimple Nilakh to Pimple Saudagar. Gym is good. Not a lot of weight lifting equipment cause multifit focuses on cross fit more. So i'll say it is the best gym if your goal is for cross fit. Trainers are good. But it is a bit costly.
